Prior to joining Court TV in 1994, Beth was an assistant district attorney in New York City. During her 8 years as a prosecutor, Beth handled cases ranging from robbery and rape to complex racketeering and political corruption schemes, in the grand jury and at trial.

Since 1994, Beth has reported on a number of high-profile trials for Court TV including: the Amadou Diallo Shooting trial (4 NYPD officers charged with shooting an unarmed man), Amedure v. Jenny Jones (talk show sued for wrongful death), Michigan v. Schmitz (the shooting after appearance on Jenny Jones show), Michigan v. Nathaniel Abraham (11-year-old charged as an adult with murder), US v. Autumn Jackson (the Bill Cosby case), NJ v. Melissa Drexler (the Prom Mom), and Mackenzie v. Miller Brewing Co. (the Seinfeld case).

In 1996, she spent a month in the Hague covering the war crimes trial of Bosnian-Serb Dusko Tadic. Other cases include: Widdick v. Brown & Williamson (the largest plaintiffs' tobacco award as of June, 1998); FL v. Aaron Campbell (African- American who claimed police stopped him because of an illegal racial profile), Ohio v. Joseph Paul Franklin (white supremacist serial killer).

In addition to reporting in the field, Beth draws on her trial experience to offer commentary on other cases the network covers. When not on the road covering trials, she has filled in as both a studio anchor and news anchor. Beth has also hosted shows for Teen Court TV.

Each week, Beth offers live legal commentary to BBC Radio in London about cases Court TV is covering. She also reports regularly to network and local radio stations across the country about trials she is covering and key legal topics in the news.

Beth is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Fordham Law School.
