U.S. Tax Code
You don't have to read all 21 megabytes or 2.8 million words, but here it is: The Internal Revenue Code, also known as Title 26 of the U.S. Code. Read the Code section by hypertext section, search the entire statute, or just bookmark and forget it. (Until sometime before April 15th, that is.) This version is updated to January 16, 1996. (Also try another version of the Code, updated as of January 24, 1994.)
