COURT TV'S PREMIERES VIDEO ON DEMAND CONTENT THAT EXPANDS BRAND

Programming Provides Operators with New Product and Revenue Streams

Chicago, IL - June 10, 2001 -- Court TV's Video-on-Demand product "Court TV on Demand: The Best of Court TV", comprised of thousands of hours of archived Court TV programming content, is now available to all distribution platforms including cable operators as well as content aggregators. The announcement was made today by Glen Moss, Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and Affiliate Relations.

"Court TV, a leader in offering new VOD product, is unique because as the leader in creating and owning content in television's hottest genre, we can offer distributors delivery flexibility," said Moss. " We think that the growth of the VOD segment of the operators' businesses will result in significant increases in their revenue streams. Court TV's programming, which is dedicated to crime and justice, offers subscribers the opportunity to literally buy into the criminal justice system;"

Court TV presently has deals with content aggregators In Demand and TVN, and is in discussions with operators who are creating their own VOD packages.

The network's VOD packages reflect the public's fascination for compelling programs about crime, with such themes as," "Hollywood and Crime," "Forensic Files," "Fatal Attraction," "Fame and Misfortune," "Innocent Suspects," "Serial Killers: Mugshots" and "Inside Prison: The System."
