SEARCH WARRANT
CLERMONT COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT

To the Police Chief of Union Township, Greetings.  Whereas
there has been filed with me an affidavit, a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein, these are,
therefore, to command you in the name of the State of Ohio,
with the necessary and proper assistance, to enter, in the
daytime. into the residence located at: 4466 Dogwood Dr.
Willowsville Oh, 45103, further described as a single
family frame structure with cedar siding, a metal chimney,
and a window air conditioner in the window facing the road.
Behind the main structure is a large barn that is brown in
color. Across the road from the property is a black rural
mailbox clearly marked with the white numbers 4466, and the
name Emerson in white lettering. Both the residence and the
barn described above are to be searched.

in the county aforesaid, and there diligently search for
the goods, chattels, or articles, to wit;

1) Computers, central processing units,  all data drives,
hard drives, floppy drives, optical drives, tape drives,
digital audio tape drives, and/or any other  internal or
external storage  devices  such as magnetic tapes and/or
disks. Any terminals and/or video display units and/or
receiving  units and/or peripheral equipment such as , but
not limited to printers, digital scanning equipment,
automatic  dialers, modems, acoustic computer and/or
direct line couplers, peripheral interface boards, and
connecting cable and/or ribbons. Any computer software,
programs and source documentation, computer logs, diaries,
magnetic audio tape and recorders, digital audio discs
and/or recorders, any memory devices such as, but not
limited to, memory  modules, memory chips, bubble memory,
and any other form of memory device utilized by the
computer or its  peripheral devices. And all computer
related accessories not specifically mentioned herein, all
equipment having been used in said offense.

2) Any documentation and/or notations referring to the
computer, the contents of the computer, the use of the
computer or any computer software and or communications.
All information with the above listed items including but
not limited to machine readable data, all previously erased
data, and any personal communications including but not
limited to e-mail, chat  capture, capture file,
correspondence stored in electronic forms, and/or
correspondence exchanged in electronic form.


3.) Any financial records, monies and or receipts kept as
part of and/or indicative of the obtaining, maintenance,
and/or evidence of said offense; financial  and licensing
information with respect to the computer software and
hardware, other evidence concerning occupancy and control
of said premises including, but not limited to utility
and/or company bills, canceled mail envelopes, photographs,
personal identification papers, rent receipts, and keys.

4) Any media containing those files previously declared
obscene, to wit, those listed on attached appendices, 1 in
count, as follows:

All items to be searched and/or seized having been used in
the obtaining, maintenance, and/or as evidence of said
offense.


and that you bring the same, or any part thereof, found on
such search, also the body(s) or said person(s) found to be
in possession of, or having control over the above
described  items forthwith before me, or some other judge
or  magistrate of the county having cognizance thereof, to
be disposed of  and dealt with according to law. Further,
this warrant shall be seized until  otherwise directed  by
the court.

RETURN ON SEARCH WARRANT

On the 16th day of June 1995, at 1144 o'clock, AM I
executed the search warrant attached hereto, and removed
from said premises in the presence of Bob Emerson,
property of which the following is an inventory.
