Authorities in Aruba said Tuesday they have dropped the case against three men in the disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway for lack of sufficient evidence.
A judge Friday ordered the release of the last of three suspects re-arrested last month in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, ruling the evidence was not strong enough to continue holding him.
Two brothers re-arrested last week as suspects in the disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway will be released from jail, a prosecutor said Friday.
A lawyer for Joran van der Sloot, who was re-arrested last week in connection with the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, said his client is frustrated about his return to jail, where he has complained about a lack of reading material and family visitation rights.
