Pamela Vitale, wife of prominent attorney Daniel Horowitz, was found dead in the foyer of the couple's home on Oct. 15, 2005. Horowitz, who frequently commented on Scott Peterson's murder trial and Michael Jackson's child-molestation trial for Court TV, was working in his office to prepare for the high-profile trial of Susan Polk, a housewife accused of stabbing her husband to death three years ago, when he came home around 6 p.m. to find his wife slain in their foyer.
