  • JIM McCARTHY
    photoJames McCarthy, 36, of Edmond, was the married father of two and director at the Office of Housing. McCarthy, a former soldier, walked five miles every day and enjoyed fishing, traveling, and spending time with his children.

    KENNETH McCULLOUGH
    photoKenneth McCullough, 36, of Edmond was the married father of two children. McCullough was a special agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration. McCullough was a captain in the U.S. Army and was an active member of the First Baptist Church.

    BETSY McGONNELL
    photoBetsy McGonnell, 47, of Norman was the mother of two and a clerk at the Office of Housing. McGonnell sang in a choir at St. Michael's Episcopal Church and enjoyed reading heavy, historical books and playing with her poodle Maggie.

    LINDA McKINNEY
    photoLinda McKinney, 47, left behind a husband, a son, and a stepdaughter. McKinney was an office manager for the Secret Service and enjoyed cooking and baking for friends, family and coworkers.

    CARTNEY (KOCH) McRAVEN
    photoCartney J. McRaven, 19, of Midwest City had only been married for four days. McRaven, who was an Airman of the 1st Class at Tinker Air Force Base, died while reporting the change of her last name at the Social Security Office.

    CLAUDE MEDEARIS
    photoClaude Medearis, 41, of Norman, was a husband and father of two and a senior special agent for U.S. Customs. The karate black belt and Harley-Davidson aficionado was a practical joker and was described as "a friend to everyone".

    CLAUDETTE MEEK
    photoClaudette Meek, 43, was a wife and mother of two. She was vice president of Financial Services for the Federal Employees Credit Union as well as a 13-year employee. An active member of the Southgate Baptist Church, Meek served on several committees and was described as never giving less "than 145 percent".

    FRANKIE MERRELL
    photoFrankie Merrell, 23, left behind a husband a daughter and was a teller at the Federal Employees Credit Union. She adored her daughter, and spent time taking her to the Discovery Zone and the park.

    DERWIN MILLER
    photoDerwin Miller, 27, was a Claims representative for the Social Security Administration. Miller was an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha and took part in the Carlisle Church of Christ in Carlisle, Arkansas.

    LEIGH MITCHELL
    photoEula Leigh Mitchell, 64, was a wife, mother of one and stepmother of three. Mitchell died while filling out retirement forms at the Social Security Office.

    JOHN C. MOSS III
    photoJohn Moss III, 50, was the chief of advertising and public affairs for the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion. Moss was an accomplished musician and was skilled in playing several instruments including the violin and the harmonica.

    PATRICIA NIX
    photoPatricia A. Nix, 47, of Edmond, was a wife and mother of two. Nix was a financial analyst for the Office of Public Housing and had been a 20-year employee. She also ran an antique shop with her husband, specializing in furniture and pocket watches, which they called "Back in Time".

    JERRY PARKER
    photoJerry L. Parker, 45, of Norman, husband and father of three, was an area engineer for the Federal Highway Administration. He was interested in antiquing and woodworking and served on the Board of Trustees for the Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church.

    JILL RANDOLPH
    photoJill D. Randolph, 27, was a certified public accountant for the Federal EmployeAdministrationes Credit Union. A cum laude graduate of the Southern Nazarene University, she "centered her life around her church family".

    MICHELLE REEDER
    photoMichelle Reeder, 33, of Bethany, left behind a husband. Reeder, who was an administrative assistant for the Federal Highway Administration, died along with her mother in the bombing.

    TERRY REES
    photoTerry S. Rees, 41, of Midwest City was a director of the program operations division for the Office of Public Housing. She loved teddy bears and often attended craft shows.

    MARY RENTIE
    photoMary L. Rentie, 39, of Bethany was a mother of two and a public housing revitalization specialist for the Office of Public Housing. As a member of the First Unitarian Church, she also worked in the Religious Education Church School.

    TONY REYES
    photoTony C. Reyes, 55, of Edmond, was a husband and father of two and an equal opportunities specialist for the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Division. An active member of the Latino Community Development Agency and 20-year member in the Navy, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

    KATHY RIDLEY
    photoKathy E. Ridley, 24, was a student and a mother of two. Ridley dreamed of becoming an outdoor metal sculptor and was studying to become a journeyman welder. She had put her studies on hold when having her second child.

    TRUDY RIGNEY
    photoTrudy J. Rigney, 31, of Midwest City was a single mother and a geographic information systems intern for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. With the help of grants and loans, she attended Tulsa Junior College and was the student body president.
