Testified she received a call from Hinds telling her Brazill was getting sent home for throwing water balloons
Granted permission to let him walk home since she could not pick him up

Testified he never meant to kill Grunow, whom he called a friend
Said he did not try to pull the trigger but it was an accident
Admitted that he pointed the gun to try to compel Grunow to allow him to talk to two students in the class
