THE STAR WITNESS
Michael Kleber's Statement
  This five-page handwritten statement by one of the teens at the party alleges that Chmura's accuser smiled and entered the bathroom knowing that the tight end was in there (April 11, 2000)

Kleber's Amended Statement
  According to this sheriff's report — taken after Kleber feared being charged with underage drinking — the teen says that he doesn't remember much of what he said in his first statement (May 15, 2000)

Letter from Kleber's Lawyer
  In this letter to both the prosecution and defense, Kleber's lawyer says that his client's "most accurate" recollection was his first statement. (Dec. 20, 2000)

Police Report
  The excerpts from the initial police report outlines statements made by Kleber and some other students present at the party.

Contempt of Court Motion

"Vindictiveness" Motion
