Prosecutors say ex-cop Joseph Gray, 41, spent August 4, 2001, drinking before he ran through a red light, killing a pregnant Maria Herrera, her son Andy, 4, and her sister Dilcia Pena, 16. A fourth victim, Maria's son Ricardo Herrera, was delivered in a nearby hospital but died the next morning. Gray faces up to 15 years in prison.
