Ten months after his conviction, Hinton confesses

Indictment
A grand jury charged Hinton with murder and felony murder of Shannon Melendi.
Hinton's Plea
Hinton entered a not-guilty plea.
Motion to Dismiss
Citing issues surrounding the way jurors were questioned about pre-trial publicity, Hinton asked that the charges be dismissed, but the judge denied the motion.
