Boy's Statement

A breach of contract lawsuit filed by Michael Jackson against a concert promoter will be decided by a Superior Court judge. The suit stems from a previous $6.5 million settlement Jackson paid out in a prior suit.
A Santa Monica, Calif., jury found that a former business associate who sued Michael Jackson deserved $900,000, but also decided the pop star was entitled to $200,000 in his cross-complaint.
