Michael Jackson Molestation Trial
Jackson may pursue legal action to stop auction of family memorabilia
More than 1,100 Jackson family items are set for auction in Las Vegas next month, but a representative for Michael Jackson says the pop star is considering legal action to stop the sale.

A breach of contract lawsuit filed by Michael Jackson against a concert promoter will be decided by a Superior Court judge. The suit stems from a previous $6.5 million settlement Jackson paid out in a prior suit.
A Santa Monica, Calif., jury found that a former business associate who sued Michael Jackson deserved $900,000, but also decided the pop star was entitled to $200,000 in his cross-complaint.
