Milwaukee police officer Andrew Spengler, 26, was stripped of his badge in 2005 for his alleged involvement in the brutal beating of 26-year-old male stripper Frank Jude outside his home early in the morning on Oct. 24, 2004. Prosecutors say Jude was beaten outside Spengler's house, where several off-duty police officers were attending a party.
