Transcripts of telephone conversations between Darren Mack and Washoe County District Attorney Richard Gammick while Mack was a fugitive in Mexico. The phone conversations were ruled inadmissible as evidence because Gammick did not tell Mack that his family had hired attorneys for him before continuing with the conversations. The e-mails the men discuss, however, will be evidence in the trial.
