Excerpts of Susan Polk's letter to defense expert Dr. John Cooper
Testifying as a defense witness in the murder trial of Susan Polk, forensic pathologist Dr. John Cooper stated Felix Polk died of heart disease, not 27 stab wounds inflicted by his wife. Cooper said he based these findings in part on letters prepared by Polk. The following are excerpts from the 53 pages the defendant sent Cooper.
