Cody Posey faces life in prison for the shooting deaths of his father, Delbert Paul Posey, stepmother Tryone and stepsister Marilea on the Chavez Canyon Ranch owned by ABC newsman Sam Donaldson. The 16-year-old has admitted his role in the July 5, 2004, shootings, but says the incident was precipitated by a lifetime of physical and mental abuse at the hands of his father.
