ID v. DAYBELL PRELIMINARY HEARING (2020)

Chad Daybell is charged with two felony counts of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence. Prosecutors claim he buried the bodies of his wife, Lori Vallow Daybell’s two children — 17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow — on his property in Rexburg, Idaho. Authorities had been searching for the children since November 2019. Their remains were discovered back in June after cellular data from Vallow’s brother, Alex Cox, led them to points of interest on Daybell’s property.
