WI v. JENSEN (2008)
Former stockbroker Mark Jensen is accused of poisoning his wife with antifreeze in 1998 so that he could be with a woman he was having an affair with and eventually married. The evidence includes a letter Julie Jensen wrote pointing the finger at her husband of 14 years if anything happened to her, as well as her statements to police, to a neighbor and to her son's teacher that she suspected her husband was trying to kill her. Mark's lawyers claim Julie was depressed over a failing marriage and took her own life in order to frame her husband.
