Deadly Parade Crash Trial: Waukesha Detective Testifies

Detective Mike Carpenter, who works with the computer forensics unit, worked to get an accurate speed from the red SUV allegedly driven by defendant Darrell Brooks. Carpenter's team came up with a measurement of about 33-34 mph. (10/11/22)
