Four People Arraigned in Death of Boy in Hyperbaric Chamber Explosion

Four people were arraigned in connection with the explosion of a hyperbaric chamber that killed 5-year-old, Thomas Cooper, who was inside it. Three were arraigned on second-degree murder charges and one person with involuntary manslaughter. (3/12/25)
