Math Teacher Murder Trial: Neighbor Describes Victim Gasping for Air

Douglas Hicks, who was a neighbor of murder victim Kay Baker, described hearing Baker gasp for air. He saw that another neighbor was helping Baker so he did not intervene but he did speak to law enforcement. (11/7/22)
