Uvalde School Shooting: More Evidence Police Response was Inadequate

Head of the Texas state police testified cops had enough officers and firepower to have stopped the gunman three minutes after he entered the building, and they would've found the door to the classroom he was in unlocked if they'd checked. (6/21/22)
