CA v. DURST (2021)

Eccentric real estate heir Robert Durst is on trial for the 2000 murder of his longtime friend Susan Berman. Prosecutors claim Durst murdered Berman to cover up the 1982 murder of his wife, Kathie, of which he allegedly enlisted Berman’s help to cover up. The State uses a timeline of Kathie’s disappearance, the murder of his Galveston neighbor Morris Black, of which he was acquitted in 2003, and Berman’s murder to build a case against Durst.
