CA v. SIMPSON: WEEK 30

The LAPD crime lab director is recalled to the witness stand to discuss lab procedures, chain of custody and procedures for analyzing evidence such as the socks found in the bedroom. Transcripts from the Fuhrman tapes are released. Judge Ito recuses himself from two discreet issues in the trial after it is stated that his wife Captain Margaret York is Ito’s wife. Both sides conceit to having Judge Ito continue to preside over the rest of the case. The world continues to await Judge Ito’s ruling on the admissibility of the Fuhrman tapes.
