CA v. SIMPSON: WEEK 33

The defense calls a series of witnesses who testify to Detective Mark Fuhrman’s character and the many racist and hateful comments he had made in front of them. Screenwriter Laura Hart McKinny took the stand again, this time in front of the jury, to profess that Fuhrman used the ugliest of racial epithets some 41 times and jurors heard a tape recording from 1985 of Fuhrman uttering the word.
