A bizarre family murder 15 years apart as 41-year-old Stacey Kananen faces a life sentence for allegedly helping her brother kill their mother and bury her remains under a rock garden at their home in 2003. The prosecution claims the siblings were after a $250,000 family insurance payout. The defense blames Stacey's brother, Richard, who pleaded and will testify against his sister in exchange for a 30-year prison sentence. However, the jury will not know the siblings were also implicated in the 1988 murder of their father, whose remains were also found buried under the garage of their mother's home.
