OH v. LEWIS (2009)

Derris Lewis is accused of fatally shooting his identical twin brother in January 2008. Prosecutors claim Dennis Lewis died when the two brothers got in a fight, but testimony from the boys’ mother alleges masked men broke into their home and killed Dennis during a robbery.
