WA v. FOOS (2006)
Reverend Randall Foos is on trial for the 2003 death of 19-year-old Sara Casey. Foos claims it was an unfortunate accident when his car hit and killed Casey as she rode her bicycle. He wasn't charged until a wrongful death lawsuit uncovered evidence that he knew he couldn't see well enough to drive.
