On the evening of July 1, 1981 four people were bludgeoned to death in a split-level home on a street in the Laurel Canyon section of Hollywood called Wonderland Avenue. Police believed they were murdered in retaliation for a robbery some days earlier of heroin, cocaine, jewels and cash belonging to underworld figure and drug kingpin Adel Gharib Nasrallah, aka Eddie Nash.  Marilyn Chambers, star of "Behind the Green Door," 1971

   Marilyn Chambers relates how, at the age of 19, she became the star of the first porn feature film. It was produced by the famed Mitchell brothers of San Francisco.  
       
   Chambers recounts her first days on the set of "Behind the Green Door."  
       
   Chamber recounts telling the Mitchell brothers, after the completion of the film, about being the model on the Ivory Soap box -- and the impact of the box on the success of the film.  
       
   The Mitchell brothers battled with elements of the mob over ownership rights to "Behind the Green Door;" precipitating a landmark court ruling giving copyright protection to producers of pornographic films.  
       
       
 

Ginger Lynn, an actress in the porn industry in the 1980's. According to Lynn, in the late 1980's the federal government threatened her with tax evasion charges if she did not provide information on the porn industry. Because she refused to turn against her colleagues, the IRS charged her with tax evasion. She was convicted of failing to pay $2,078.00 and sentenced to 3 years probation. She served 4 1/2 months in prison for violating probation for testing positive on a drug test. Her probation period ended on September 22nd 1994.

Linda Lovelace was the star of "Deep Throat," released in 1972. The movie "Deep Throat" was financed ($22,500) by the Peraino family, part of Brooklyn's Colombo mob dynasty.

    Lovelace recounts being chosen for the part in "Deep Throat," being forced into performing, and a drive to Miami with her manager Charles Trainer, Louis "Butchie" and Anthony "Rocky" Peraino.  
       
    Lovelace recounts telling the Meese Commission on Pornography about the abuse she suffered in being forced to perform in "Deep Throat." Formed during the Reagan Administration and formally known as the Attorney General's Commission on Pornography, its "Final Report" was published in 2 volumes, 1,960 pages, in July 1986 after a series of hearings held between June 1985 and January 1986.

  Interview with Bill Kelly, retired FBI Agent. Eighteen of his twenty-eight years in the Bureau were spent working on obscenity and child pornography cases. Includes the Mob's affiliation with the porn industry, "Deep Throat," the Meese Commission and the FBI's Miami Pornography investigation (MIPORN). In the late 1970's the FBI mounted an undercover investigation of the pornography industry and distribution system in southern Florida.
