Lori Vallow Daybell Seeks Dismissal of Death Penalty

Daybell is scheduled for a motion hearing Wednesday March 15. Her lawyers want the death penalty off the table. Daybell is set to stand trial April 3 for the murders of her children and her fifth husband's first wife. (3/14/23)
