Nathan Sutherland, 36, a caretaker at Hacienda HealthCare, is charged with sexual assault of a vulnerable adult, for allegedly impregnating a 29-year-old Native American woman, who had been intellectually disabled for nearly a decade after a near-drowning accident.
Sutherland will be back in a Maricopa County Superior Court for a pre-trial conference on Nov. 2 at 11:45a ET.
His trial is currently scheduled to begin Nov. 9, 2020. We expect it to last 15 days.
