Alec Baldwin's Attorney Releases Statement

Attorney Luke Nikas called the DA's decision "a terrible miscarriage," went on to say "Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun," and concluded by saying: "We will fight these charges, and we will win." (1/19/23)
