Deadly Parade Crash Trial: Resident Who Witnessed Red SUV Testifies

Christopher Bertram said he saw a "smashed up red car" the night of the parade. He could not recall the driver's description but did see the driver reach down and grab something he thought might be a gun. (10/21/22)
