Deadly Parade Crash Trial: Spectator Heather Riemer Testifies

Riemer testified she saw the red SUV go through the parade, heard a horn honk but did not witness the SUV actually hit anyone. She said she didn't see the driver; but saw Brooks before the parade driving the wrong way near a gas station. (10/20/22)
