Delphi Murders: What We Know About Suspect Richard Allen

Police arrested Richard Allen last Friday on 2 counts of murder. Allen has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held without bond. He's due back in court on Jan. 13, 2023 with a presumptive March 20, 2023 trial date. (10/31/22)
