Detective Describes First Meeting Kaitlin Armstrong

The detective said Armstrong was first brought into the station on an unrelated warrant after Colin Strickland brought her name up. When asked what she was doing the day Mo Wilson was killed, Armstrong insisted she wanted to leave. (11/9/23)
