Donna Adelson's Request For New Judge Denied

Donna Adelson filed a motion requesting that Judge Stephen Everett recuse himself from the case, but was denied. Adelson is accused of masterminding the murder-for-hire of her former son-in-law, FSU professor Dan Markel. (4/18/25)
