Kadel Piedrahita Put Victim's Head on His Lap After Shooting Him

Defendant Kadel Piedrahita says he called police after shooting Alexis Palencia. Authorities asked why he fired his gun and he told them that we has attacked by three people and that the person had a weapon. (9/12/24)
