Parkland School Massacre: Neighbor Details Defendant's Adopted Mother

Patricia Devaney-Westerlind was a friend of Nikolas Cruz's adopted mother, Lynda Cruz. Devaney-Westerlind's two children played with Nikolas and Zachary Cruz. She described Nikolas as a handful, hyperactive, a biter and a bedwetter. (8/23/22)
