Witness Testifies She Saw Alex Murdaugh On Night of Murders

Shelly Smith, the caregiver of Alex Murdaugh's mother, testified she saw the defendant between 8:30-9:00pm the night Maggie and Paul Murdaugh were killed. Smith said it was unusual to see Murdaugh visiting his mother at the time. (2/6/23)
