FL v. TOBIE & COOPER (2007)
Karen Tobie and Tysjohaun Cooper are on trial for the shooting death of Tobie's husband, 41-year-old plumber John Cataneo. Prosecutors say Tobie hired Cooper to kill Cataneo so she could collect his $500,000 life insurance policy. Cooper worked as Cataneo's plumber's assistant.
