OH v. STEFANKO (2020)

Erica Stefanko is accused of helping her then-husband Chad Cobb murder his ex-girlfriend in June 2012. Prosecutors claim Stefanko lured Ashley Biggs, who worked for Domino’s Pizza, to her death by placing a fake delivery call. When Biggs arrived at the address, a closed business, she was attacked and strangled by Cobb. Investigators say the murder was the result of an ongoing child custody dispute between Cobb and Biggs.
