WI v. WIRTH (2011)
A playful pinch on the butt leads to a shooting, leaving an off-duty police officer and her boyfriend dead outside a bar. Andrew Wirth is accused of fatally shooting Jennifer Luick and Gregg Peters on December 6, 2009. An altercation occurred when Wirth and his date took offense to Luick and her female friend grabbing peoples' butts as they drank and frolicked about on the dance floor. The confrontation spilled outside with Wirth, Luick and Luick's boyfriend, Gregg Peters, exchanging words. Wirth claims he saw Peters reach for a gun, so he pulled out a handgun and fatally shot the pair.
