17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse returned to a courtroom last week to fight his extradition from Illinois to Wisconsin, where he faces multiple felony charges for killing two people and severely injuring another. Interstate extradition is usual a simple procedural matter, but Rittenhouse is a minor and that has complicated things.
