David Swift

A jury acquitted David Swift on charges he murdered his wife, Karen, and a judge dismissed charges of voluntary manslaughter in the case. Karen was reported missing on Oct. 30, 2011. Her body was found on Dec. 10, 2011, in an abandoned cemetery.
