Friend Says Herbert Swilley Suggested Husband Took His Own Life

Candace Baker a friend of defendant, Herbert Swilley and victim Tim Smith, said she noticed Swilley getting rid of items belonging to Smith. Baker also said Swilley told her, 'He's gone,' and suggested Smith committed suicide. (9/17/25)
