Police and prosecution say Hannah Gutierrez handed the gun to assistant director David Halls who handed it to Alec Baldwin. That's also what Gutierrez and Baldwin told detectives. Halls, however, says Gutierrez handed it directly to Baldwin. (3/4/24)
