Microsoft Exec Murder: Mario Saldana Motions Hearing Delayed

Today's hearing has been delayed until Feb. 2. At issue is an allegation from the defense that the state was exposed to communications that were private. There's also a motion to replace the district attorney in the case. (12/11/23)
