On the Docket: Hit & Run Vigilante Trial

Hannah Payne is charged in the shooting death of Kenneth Herring during a traffic dispute. Payne had allegedly witnessed Herring get into an accident with another car. She says Payne took off, she followed, and their deadly scuffle ensued. (11/9/22)
