Scott Peterson has first court date as LA Innocence Project client

Peterson appeared via Zoom while his LA Innocence Project representatives appeared in person. The parties agreed on a schedule for 3 upcoming hearings: motion to seal pleadings, motion for DNA testing, and motion for discovery. (3/12/24)
